Hervic Enterprise was founded in 1976 by Eric Saulnier and his three brothers. The four brothers were all fisherman who decided to start selling their own product: live lobster from the waters of Yarmouth Nova Scotia and the surrounding areas.

Collectively “HERVIC,” an acronym for the founder’s first names, the business is still operated out of Pinkney’s Point in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia by founder Eric Saulnier’s grandson, Dylan Saulnier.

A hardworking family business that has survived for over 40 years, Hervic Ent. Ltd. is a dependable distributor of quality live lobster both locally and internationally.
